Boogie Bounce Xtreme (BBX)

The Boogie Bounce Xtreme (BBX) programme is FAB, FUN, FUNKY AND FAT BURNING. It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar, choreographed to chart topping inspiring music which includes an extremely effective cardio section, and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs toning section too! Every muscle in the body is worked. EVEN THE FACIAL MUSCLES!

Studies by NASA scientists show that bouncing around on a mini trampoline is 68% more effective than jogging and yet requires less effort! You can also develop both upper and lower body strength just as effectively as weight lifting without the strain or threat of pulled or torn muscles.
Now anyone and everyone can do this at their own pace whilst gaining the impressive health results that are normally associated with high impact aerobics classes, without even realising it!


Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.

Zumba is truly for anyone who can stand up and dance. And “dance” is a very liberal term here, as no dance experience or skills are necessary. People of all ages, shapes and sizes are welcome and encouraged to attend classes. If you can shake your booty and like fun music, this class is for you.


Piloxing™ is a creative mix between Pilates and Boxing geared towards women, with the mental and physical goal of attaining a “Sleek, Sexy and Powerful” self-image. We introduce you to this new form of exercise that will not only strengthen your core, but sculpt and elongate your muscles.

Uniquely blending two of the industry’s most powerful and timeless disciplines of Pilates and Boxing, PILOXING SSP adds a third element of dance into this high-energy interval workout. This dynamic program moves through heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations to sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movement to ‘let yourself GO’ dance releases, and back around again.

Nirvana Fitness

Based on years of research, Nirvana® Body & Mind system includes a number of most efficient elements that combine into the most relaxing & mindful flow of uplifting music beat, simple to follow pilates/yoga toning exercises & rhythmic breathing to detox the body & experience the blissful state of Nirvana.

The main goal of the class is to tone up the whole body through series of effective and simple to follow functional exercise sequences while primarily focusing on breathing, creating an array of amazing health and relaxation effects, extra oxygenation, fresh energy boost and deep sense of re-connection with one’s own body and mind.

About the Instructors


Felicia is the Master Trainer for Boogie Bounce in Singapore, a trampoline fitness program that she has brought in from the UK. She has over 15 years of group exercise experience in a variety of programs including freestyle aerobics classes, Pilates, Zumba, Zumba Toning, Spinning, TRX, Step aerobics, HIIT boot camps as well as strength-training programs. As an advocate for fitness, her classes are often free-spirited, fun and super effective as she believes that fitness should be a lifestyle and often encourages people to focus on being in-tune with their bodies. Her participants love her classes because of her animated character, crazy energy as well as her clear explanations and cues in each class.


With over 10 years of dance and fitness instructor experience, Jessie is a highly sought-after Boogie Bounce and Zumba instructor. Certified to teach the Les Mills programme, Zumba Fitness, Zumba Gold, Boogie Bounce Xtreme, and several other fitness programmes, Jessie brings to her classes an infectious mix of fun and energy to keep her students going!


Meishan is an ELITE STAR Piloxing instructor who has taught for many major gyms and companies in Singapore. She is also certified to conduct Nirvana Fitness, Zumba and Strong by Zumba programmes. Meishan is a versatile instructor that motivates and inspires her students. She brings a fresh, fun energy to her Piloxing classes. At the same time, she provides a calming presence when conducting the up-and-coming Nirvana Fitness programme.
